Stephen Cutler, JPMorgan’s General Counsel, to Become Vice Chairman by NATHANIEL POPPER

Mr. Cutler will take the post left vacant by Jimmy Lee, who died suddenly last month. Mr. Cutler will be succeeded as general counsel by Stacey Friedman.
