Nearly 200,000 Hummers Recalled After Fires Are Reported to G.M. by CHRISTOPHER JENSEN

The automaker said an electrical problem could cause a fire inside the dashboard. G.M. is also recalling about 51,000 Chevrolet cars because of radio software problems.
