In a lawsuit filed in Massachusetts, Philippe P. Dauman, chief executive of Viacom, and George Abrams, a Viacom director, challenged their unexpected removal on Friday from the trust that will control Sumner Redstone’s media companies after he dies or is declared incompetent.
