British Airways Parent Tries to Woo Irish Government in Its Aer Lingus Bid by CHAD BRAY

Among the promises it is offering, the parent company of British Airways said it would commit to continue operating Aer Lingus’s existing routes in Ireland for five years in order to secure the support of the the Irish government, which holds a 25.1 percent stake.
