British Roadside Help Company AA Raises $2.36 Billion in I.P.O. by CHAD BRAY

The float of AA represents the final dismantling of Acromas, created in 2007 by the merger of AA and Saga, a seller of travel and insurance packages targeting the over-50 crowd. AA shares fell 4 percent after the offering.
